Warehouse Incharge

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse In-charge to manage material handling and inventory operations at VTP Infra Tech Pvt Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock records, tracking material movement, and ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials

2. Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory

3. Handle inwards and outwards material management

4. Coordinate with site teams for material requirements and deliveries

5. Conduct daily follow-ups for material movement to sites

6. Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse activities

7. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess

8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of inventory and material management

Good coordination and follow-up skills

Basic computer knowledge

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage physical and documentation work

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass

Experience:

0-1 year of experience

Preferred Qualities:

Responsible and disciplined

Physically active and hardworking

Ability to work in a team
