Job Title: Accounts Assistant

• Location: Udhna GIDC, Surat
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role:

We are hiring an Accounts Assistant for a growing textile manufacturing company based in Udhna GIDC, Surat.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle billing and invoice processing
• Manage vendor payments and accounting entries
• Record purchase, sales, and bank transactions
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records accurately
• Handle GST & TDS workings and basic compliance tasks
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Support accounts finalization activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on pending documentation
• Maintain proper accounting records and data entry accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Experience in billing, GST, and TDS handling
• Good knowledge of accounting entries and reconciliation
• Strong speed and accuracy in data entry work
• Familiarity with accounting software like Tally / Excel
• Hard-working, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
