Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining basic accounts records, vouchers, and invoices
  • Support the Material Department in material entry, stock records, and coordination
  • Maintain files, documents, and office records (both physical and digital)
  • Perform data entry and prepare reports using MS Excel and other office tools
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and internal coordination
  • Assist in purchase records, GRN, and material tracking
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as required
