Account Assistant

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
• Prepare and record vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank records.
• Prepare GST invoices and assist in GST return data preparation.
• Maintain purchase and sales records.
• Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other departments when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support payroll and reimbursement processing as required.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and banking transactions.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Educational QualificationB.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
