Job Description
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in accounting software.
- Prepare and process invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash, and ledger accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare GST data, TDS records, and assist in statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, and tax consultants.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
- Generate monthly financial reports and MIS as required.
BACK OFFICE
- Maintain customer and vendor databases.
- Handle documentation, filing, and record management.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, and logistics departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel, Word, and other office applications.
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Additional accounting certification will be an advantage.
