Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Accountant for our wholesale garment business in Surat. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting operations, GST work, billing, inventory coordination, and financial record management professionally.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, GST, Excel, and wholesale business accounting systems.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDaily accounting entries in Tally Prime
• Purchase & sales bill entries
• GST billing and invoice management
• E-Way Bill & E-Invoice handling
• Ledger maintenance & reconciliation
• Bank reconciliation & cash handling
• Payment follow-up & vendor coordination
• Inventory and stock data management
• Coordination with CA and management team
• Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation
• Supporting dispatch and billing operations
• Preparing basic financial reports when required

• Required SkillsKnowledge of Tally Prime
• Basic GST knowledge
• Good command of MS Excel
• Understanding of billing and inventory process
• Basic communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Accuracy and discipline in work

Minimum: 1–2 Years

Textile/Garment Industry Experience will be an added advantage
