Job Description
Location: Udhana GIDC, Surat
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
A growing textile manufacturing company is looking for an Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations. Candidates with experience in billing, accounting entries, GST, and vendor payments are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing and invoice processing
- Record purchase, sales, and bank transactions
- Manage vendor payments and follow-ups
- Prepare GST & TDS workings
- Perform accurate data entry and reconciliations
- Support daily accounting and documentation activities
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Experience in billing, GST, TDS, and data entry
- Basic understanding of accounts finalization
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel preferred
