Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive/Jr. Accountant


Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with a basic and clear understanding of accounting principles to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries
  • Handle vouchers, bills, invoices, and ledger entries
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and cash/bank entries
  • Maintain records for expenses, payments, and receipts
  • Assist during audits and month-end closing

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Knowledge of Tally/Accounting software and MS Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle routine accounting tasks independently

Qualification:

  • B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with strong basics can apply)
