Job Description
Job Title: Accounts & Compliance Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Compliance Assistant with hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, accounting, and statutory compliances. The candidate should have practical experience in NBFC accounting and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- GST compliance (returns, reconciliations, notices, and e-invoicing)
- TDS compliance (deduction, payment, return filing, and reconciliations)
- Income Tax compliance and tax working
- Bookkeeping, accounting, and bank reconciliations
- NBFC accounting, loan accounting, interest calculations, and RBI regulatory compliance
- ROC and other statutory compliance support
- Preparation of MIS, financial reports, and audit schedules
- Coordination with auditors, consultants, and government authorities
- Maintaining accurate accounting records and compliance documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Accounts, Taxation, and Compliance
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Tally/ERP, and MS Excel
- Experience in NBFC accounting and compliance will be preferred
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills
