Accounts Executive

About Us:

We are Growing women's ethnic wear manufacturer. We sell online on major ecommerce platforms. Setting up our accounts function — you'll own it from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily accounting entries in Radix by Tripta.
• Purchase entries: fabric, dyeing, printing, embroidery, stitching, packaging
• Vendor and karigar (job-worker) production and payment tracking
• Sales entries from online orders and B2B Invoices
• GST and TDS data entry; coordinate monthly filings with our CA
• Bank reconciliation and petty cash management
• Monthly P&L and basic MIS reports for management
• Assist in payroll and salary register upkeep

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com
• 2–5 years in accounting (manufacturing/textile/garment preferred)
• Hands-on with Radix, Tripta, Empire, any local software(mandatory)
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work independently

Good to Have:

• Job-work/vendor billing experience
• Exposure to e-commerce or IndiaMART accounting
