Admin Executive

Location: Udhna, Surat, Gujarat

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team in Udhna, Surat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and prior experience in admission counselling, education counselling, telecalling, or student counselling.

As an Admission Counsellor, you will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide accurate course information, and help them make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective students through calls and follow-ups regarding admissions.
• Counsel students on available courses, fee structure, and program benefits.
• Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Maintain accurate student records and admission data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and office-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admission Counsellor, Education Counsellor, Student Counsellor, Telecaller, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (spoken and written).
• Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
