Job Description

  • Welcome guests and visitors professionally.
  • Offer tea, coffee, or water to guests.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers/parcels.
  • Maintain courier inward/outward records.
  • Attend and transfer phone calls properly.
  • Coordinate meetings and visitor appointments.
  • Handle basic admin and office coordination work.
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and discipline.
  • Take follow-ups from concerned departments as instructed by EA.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for pending tasks and updates.
  • Maintain visitor and office records.
  • Support HR/Admin team in daily operations.
  • Handle email communication and documentation when required.
  • Maintain stationery and pantry stock records.
  • Ensure professional front desk management and communication.
