Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the gate pass process, including data entry, physical verification, document collection, and approval coordination.
  • Conduct site visits as required to ensure compliance with client and company requirements.
  • Coordinate daily tiffin distribution and handover from the kitchen to designated locations, including L&T Gate No. 5 and Gate No. 6.
  • Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Support HR operations, including employee documentation, onboarding formalities, and compliance-related activities.
  • Maintain and update records for material entry, inventory management, TLD tracking, and other operational documents.
  • Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of company and project-related documents.
  • Coordinate the procurement, issuance, and tracking of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain PPE inventory and ensure timely distribution to employees as per project requirements.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring site compliance, safety, and administrative procedures.
  • Prepare periodic reports related to attendance, inventory, gate passes, PPE usage, and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with site teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)

  1. गेट पास प्रक्रिया का प्रबंधन करना, जिसमें डेटा एंट्री, भौतिक सत्यापन (Physical Verification), दस्तावेज़ संग्रहण एवं अनुमोदन (Approval) समन्वय शामिल है।
  2. ग्राहक (Client) एवं कंपनी की आवश्यकताओं के अनुपालन (Compliance) को सुनिश्चित करने हेतु आवश्यकता अनुसार साइट विजिट करना।
  3. रसोई (Kitchen) से L&T गेट नंबर 5 एवं गेट नंबर 6 सहित निर्धारित स्थानों तक दैनिक टिफिन वितरण एवं हस्तांतरण (Handover) का समन्वय करना।
  4. कर्मचारियों की उपस्थिति (Attendance) की निगरानी करना तथा सटीक उपस्थिति अभिलेख (Records) बनाए रखना।
  5. HR कार्यों में सहयोग देना, जिसमें कर्मचारी दस्तावेज़ीकरण, जॉइनिंग प्रक्रिया (Onboarding) एवं अनुपालन संबंधी गतिविधियाँ शामिल हैं।
  6. मटेरियल एंट्री, इन्वेंटरी प्रबंधन, TLD ट्रैकिंग तथा अन्य परिचालन (Operational) दस्तावेज़ों के रिकॉर्ड को बनाए रखना एवं नियमित रूप से अद्यतन करना।
  7. कंपनी एवं प्रोजेक्ट से संबंधित दस्तावेज़ों की उचित फाइलिंग, सुरक्षित भंडारण तथा आवश्यकता पड़ने पर उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना।
  8. व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा उपकरण (PPE) की खरीद, वितरण एवं ट्रैकिंग प्रक्रिया का समन्वय करना।
  9. PPE स्टॉक/इन्वेंटरी का रखरखाव करना तथा प्रोजेक्ट की आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार कर्मचारियों को समय पर PPE उपलब्ध कराना।
  10. साइट पर अनुपालन (Compliance), सुरक्षा (Safety) एवं प्रशासनिक प्रक्रियाओं के क्रियान्वयन एवं निगरानी में सहायता करना।
  11. उपस्थिति, इन्वेंटरी, गेट पास, PPE उपयोग एवं अनुपालन गतिविधियों से संबंधित नियमित रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
  12. साइट टीमों, ग्राहकों एवं आंतरिक विभागों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर दैनिक कार्यों के सुचारु संचालन को सुनिश्चित करना।
