• Welcome and guide new walk-in visitors at the academy
• Understand student interests and explain suitable courses
• Clearly explain:

• Course details & duration
• Curriculum structure
• Learning outcomes & career benefits
• Fee structure & payment options
• Counsel students and parents to help them choose the right course
• Handle admission enquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp)
• Maintain enquiry & admission records
• Coordinate with faculty for demo classes or trials
• Follow up with interested students for admissions
