Job Description
Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Job Summary
Jeeja Fashion is looking for a driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within the assigned region. The role involves managing distributor networks, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets while building strong relationships with retailers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners
- Expand market reach by identifying new business opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance across the assigned area
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in retail outlets
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, Diploma
- 3–8 years of experience in sales (preferably in fashion, apparel, or retail industry)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to travel within the assigned area
