Job Description
Job Title: AV Installation Engineer
Location: Surat

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated AV Installation Engineer to install, configure, test, and maintain Audio-Visual systems for Home Theatres, Conference Rooms, LED Video Walls, Background Music Systems, Public Address Systems, and Commercial AV Projects. The candidate should be hands-on, technically sound, and capable of delivering high-quality installations at customer sites.
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission Home Theatre systems, AV Receivers, Projectors, Screens, Speakers, and Control Systems.
- Install and configure Conference Room AV solutions including displays, cameras, microphones, video conferencing equipment, and automation systems.
- Install and commission LED Video Walls, Digital Signage Displays, and Commercial Display Solutions.
- Perform cable laying, termination, labeling, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Configure audio and video signal routing equipment.
- Conduct system testing and quality checks before project handover.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during installation and after-sales support.
- Read and interpret AV system drawings, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, electricians, and project managers.
- Provide user training and basic operational guidance to customers.
- Prepare installation reports and service documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of Audio-Visual systems and signal flow.
- Understanding of HDMI, CAT6, Fiber, Audio Cabling, Network Basics, and Control Systems.
- Experience with Projectors, AV Receivers, Amplifiers, DSPs, Microphones, and Video Conferencing Systems.
- Knowledge of LED Wall installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to use testing tools and hand tools.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work at customer sites and travel when required.
- QualificationsDiploma / ITI / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, AV Technology, or related field.
- 1-5 years experience in AV installation and integration preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply.
