Job Description
We are looking for a Back Office & CRM Executive to manage data entry, customer coordination, and day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Data entry and record maintenance in Google Sheets & Excel
• Coordinate with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls
• Update customer and order information
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records
• Support stock-taking and other office activities when required
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (preferable)
• Comfortable learning and using computers and internet applications
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
