Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office / Data Entry Executive to support daily administrative and data management tasks. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate records efficiently.
- ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain data in company systems and Excel sheets
- Verify and correct data for accuracy and completeness
- Handle back-office operations and documentation
- Maintain records, files, and reports properly
- Coordinate with internal teams for data updates and process support
- Generate reports as required by management
- Ensure confidentiality of company information
- RequirementsGraduate / Undergraduate can apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Basic communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Google Sheets or CRM software is an advantage
