Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support our daily operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

The role involves handling backend operations, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, assisting customers with travel-related queries, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day processes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer records, bookings, invoices, and operational data.

• Handle backend coordination for travel packages, hotels, transport, and tour arrangements.

• Prepare quotations, itineraries, documents, and reports as required.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

• Update and maintain data in Excel and other office management systems.

• Assist the sales team with required information and documentation.

• Handle email communication and follow-ups professionally.

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Support daily administrative and operational activities of the organization.


Skills Required:

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.

• Ability to manage data and maintain records accurately.

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in back office, administration, travel industry, or customer coordination will be preferred.
