Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION – BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE (LOAN DEPARTMENT)

Position: Back Office Executive – Loans

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handling loan files and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Collecting and verifying customer KYC documents.
  • Preparing and processing loan applications as per bank/NBFC requirements.
  • Coordinating with customers, banks, and financial institutions regarding loan processing.
  • Following up for pending documents and application status.
  • Maintaining records of loan files, approvals, disbursements, and rejections.
  • Preparing MIS reports and updating data in company software and Excel sheets.
  • Assisting in credit assessment and preliminary file scrutiny.
  • Coordinating with legal, technical, and banking teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
  • Managing email correspondence and customer communication.
  • Supporting the sales and operations team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
  • Basic understanding of Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, Business Loan, and Personal Loan processes.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple loan files.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).

Experience:

0–3 years of experience in loan processing, banking, finance, or back-office operations.
