Job Title: Data Entry / Back Office Executive (Jewellery Industry)

Location: Icchapore, Surat

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry / Back Office Executive to join our Jewellery Manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing data entry tasks, preparing reports, and supporting daily back-office operations. Experience in the jewellery industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain production, inventory, and stock data accurately.

Prepare invoices, challans, purchase orders, and other documentation.

Update daily records related to gold, diamonds, gemstones, and finished jewellery.

Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory databases.

Coordinate with Production, QC, and Accounts departments for smooth workflow.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies.

Organize and maintain physical and digital files.

Handle general administrative and back-office tasks.
