Job Description

To manage the end-to-end lifecycle of an order from the moment the sales team submits it until the payment is collected and the delivery is confirmed.


​Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Order Management: Collect orders from the sales team and verify details (item, quantity, price).


  • ​Logistics & Dispatch: Coordinate with the warehouse/factory to prepare goods; manage the dispatch schedule.


  • ​Documentation: Create accurate invoices and delivery challans using basic computer software (e.g., Tally, MS Excel).


  • ​Financial Follow-up: Monitor "Party Outstanding" (unpaid bills) and follow up with customers for timely payments.


  • ​Tracking: Follow up on delivery status and ensure the "Staff Route" (delivery boys/drivers) is optimized for time and fuel.


  • ​Staff Monitoring: Track staff attendance (presence) and daily movement.
