• Back Office Sales Executive – Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders
• Coordinate with sales team and customers for order processing
• Follow up for pending quotations and orders
• Maintain customer database and sales records in Excel/ERP
• Prepare invoices, dispatch details, and delivery follow-up
• Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and accounts departments
• Support field sales engineers with documentation and pricing
• Update daily sales reports and MIS reports
• Handle complaint registration and customer support
• Maintain stock and order status records
• Manage email communication professionally
• Prepare tender documents and compliance papers if required
• Follow up for payment and outstanding dues with customers
• Ensure timely dispatch and customer satisfaction
• Required SkillsGood communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email drafting
• ERP/software handling knowledge preferred
• Customer handling and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and billing process
