Job Description

Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and service reports

Maintain customer records, AMC data, and service history

Coordinate with AC technicians, site supervisors, and sales team

Schedule service calls, installations, and maintenance visits

Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and service updates

Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries

Update daily work status and maintain Excel reports

Manage stock entry of AC spare parts and materials

Generate warranty documents and maintain AMC agreements

Support payroll attendance and technician work records

Prepare daily/monthly sales and service reports for management

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material requirements

Ensure proper filing of documents and office administration work


💻 Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Email communication

Basic billing and documentation knowledge

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
