Role Overview
We are looking for a driven, people-centric professional to represent NIA, build meaningful relationships, and drive membership growth through strong networking and sales capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct coffee meets and effectively represent NIA
- Generate verified leads and convert them into members
- Facilitate onboarding calls and conduct activities during meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the community to ensure engagement and retention
Skills & Requirements
- Strong sales instincts with the ability to close and convert
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, proactive attitude, and relationship-building mindset
- Ability to manage multiple activities and drive engagement
Experience
- 2-3 years relevant experience in business development, sales, networking, or community management
Working Details
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Joining: Immediate joiners
- Minimum Commitment: 2-year lock-in period
Compensation
- Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 (based on experience)
- Performance-based incentives applicable after 3 months
