Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive for our jewellery manufacturing firm. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and increasing sales in domestic and/or international markets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the jewellery market.
- Handle client communication and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with production and merchandising teams for order execution.
- Visit clients and attend market meetings/exhibitions when required.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, references, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable jewellery solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close deals.
- Maintain sales reports and client database.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing or jewellery market preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email Communication, CRM).
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati preferred.
- QualificationAny Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Experience1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in jewellery, diamond, gold, silver, or luxury product industry will be an added advantage.
- Additional RequirementsTraveling for client meetings and business development activities may be required.
- Candidate should be target-oriented and proactive.
