Job Description

Role Overview

  • Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Field Sales
  • Location: Surat, Gujarat (Industrial & Commercial Hubs)
  • Domain: Cold Chain Solutions & Dry Ice Distribution


Core Responsibilities

  • Field Prospecting: Identify and visit industrial and commercial clients (dairies, seafood units, ice cream manufacturers, chemical/pharma plants, and caterers) across Surat's industrial clusters.
  • Networking: Build relationships with plant managers, business owners, and purchase heads to establish Cryocrystal as their preferred cold chain partner.
  • Pre-Sales & Conversion: Handle initial meetings, present solutions, share commercial quotations, and aggressively follow up to close orders.
  • Account Management: Nurture newly acquired clients to drive repeat order volume.
  • Reporting: Maintain a daily log of face-to-face field visits, client feedback, and pipeline status.


Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in B2B field sales or industrial marketing (cold chain, packaging, or industrial gases experience preferred).
  • Education: Graduate or Diploma holder.
  • Mobility: Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for daily field travel.
  • Skills: Strong local communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi); resilient, target-driven, and proactive mindset.
