Job Description

  • Greet customers and understand vehicle problems or service needs
  • Inspect basic vehicle condition and prepare job cards
  • Explain repair/service recommendations, timelines, and estimated costs
  • Coordinate with technicians/mechanics
  • Update customers about repair progress
  • Deliver vehicles after service and explain completed work
  • Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain service records, invoices, and warranty documentation
  • Upsell additional services such as wheel alignment, accessories, extended warranty, etc.
