Job Description
1.Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2.Scanning items and entering prices accurately into the cash register or POS system.
3.Processing payments by cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, or other methods.
4.Issuing receipts, refunds, exchanges, and store credits according to company policies.
5.Counting cash at the beginning and end of each shift and balancing the cash drawer.
6.Assisting customers with questions about products, prices, and promotions.
7.Packing or bagging purchased items when required.
8.Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
9.Reporting pricing errors, damaged products, or customer concerns to supervisors.
10.Following store security procedures to prevent theft and fraud.
11.Supporting inventory tasks such as restocking shelves or checking product availability when needed.
12.Working with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations
