Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CCTV Technician to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and commission CCTV surveillance systems.
  • Install and troubleshoot IP and analog cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment.
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install and terminate network cables, power cables, and connectors.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure proper system functionality.
  • Provide technical support and basic user training to customers.
  • Prepare service reports and maintain installation records.
  • Follow company safety standards and complete assigned work on time.

Requirements:

  • ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
  • Experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of IP cameras, networking, DVR/NVR configuration, and structured cabling.
  • Ability to use installation and testing tools.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
  • Freshers with basic technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
