Scope - Tender and Billing and site Co-ordination

Tendering & Bidding

->

Study tender documents, drawings, technical specifications,

and contractual terms.

->

Prepare tender submissions including technical &

commercial proposals.

->

Participate in pre-bid meetings and handle tender queries

& clarifications.

->

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and suppliers for

quotations.

->

Upload tenders on portals (Government / GEM / private

portals).

Estimation & Costing

->

Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works.

->

Rate analysis of materials, labor and equipment.

->

Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements.

->

Budget preparation and cost planning for projects.

->

Maintain cost database for future reference.

BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

->

Prepare BOQ from drawings (Architectural & Structural).

->

Quantity take-off using drawings.

->

Update BOQ as per revisions.

->

Verify site quantities and reconcile variations.

->

Support billing team in client & contractor billing.

Coordination & Documentation

->

Co-ordination with execution site team and codadtion 

->

Project timeline & Quality and Budget etc.

->

Liaise with architects, structural consultants, and project

managers.

->

Maintain tender records, contracts and documentation.

->

Prepare work orders and purchase requisitions.

->

Assist management in project feasibility and profitability

analysis.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation & quantity

Understanding of drawings (RCC, Architectural & Services)

Vendor negotiation & quotation comparison

Good communication and documentation skills

Ability to work on multiple tenders simultaneously
