Job Role:

Commi Chef ke roop mein aapko kitchen operations mein support karna hoga aur Chef ke guidance mein food preparation aur cooking ka kaam karna hoga.

Responsibilities:

✔ Food preparation aur mise en place karna

✔ Vegetables, meat aur other ingredients ki cutting/chopping karna

✔ Chef ke instructions ke according dishes prepare karna

✔ Kitchen cleanliness aur hygiene standards maintain karna

✔ Food quality aur presentation standards follow karna

✔ Kitchen equipment aur utensils ko properly use aur maintain karna

✔ Online aur dine-in orders ke liye timely food preparation karna

✔ Stock aur inventory management mein support karna

Skills Required:

✔ Basic cooking knowledge aur kitchen operations ki understanding

✔ Food safety aur hygiene standards ki knowledge

✔ Team ke saath kaam karne ki ability

✔ Fast-paced kitchen environment mein kaam karne ki capability

✔ Positive attitude aur learning mindset

Requirements:

✔ Hotel, Restaurant, Café, Bakery ya QSR experience preferred

✔ Freshers can apply for Commi 3 position

✔ Relevant kitchen experience required for Commi 1 & Commi 2 positions

✔ Flexible to work in shifts and weekends

💰 Salary: As per experience and position
