Job Description

 Perform daily data entry related to production, inventory, dispatch, purchase, and sales.

 Maintain and update records in ERP / MIS / Tally / Excel systems.

 Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

 Handle billing, invoicing, challans, and GRN entries.

 Maintain stock records, inward–outward entries, and material tracking.

 Coordinate with production, store, dispatch, and accounts teams.

 Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.

 Manage emails, printing, scanning, and filing of important documents.

 Support audits and compliance-related data requirements.

 Follow company SOPs and ensure confidentiality of data.
