Job Description
- Provide hands-on supervision and coaching to team members to ensure consistent performance, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards.
- Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times to meet operational demands and peak business periods.
- Monitor employee performance on an ongoing basis, offering feedback, support, and corrective action when necessary.

- Oversee cash control processes, including cash handling, reconciliation, and adherence to financial security policies.
- Review and approve transactions, voids, refunds, and overrides in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage supply inventory, ensuring that essential materials and equipment are ordered, stocked, and readily available to support daily operations.
