💼 Job Descriptionहम एक creative और practical सोच वाले Content Writer की तलाश में हैं जो हमारे YouTube चैनल्स और Instagram handles के लिए engaging और high-value content बना सके।
आपका काम होगा:
- YouTube videos के लिए line-to-line scripts लिखना
- Instagram Reels के लिए short, viral scripts और hooks तैयार करना
- Business ideas, CCTV & Security, और practical knowledge based content बनाना
- Scripts को simple (layman) language + engaging storytelling style में लिखना
- AI tools जैसे ChatGPT का smart use करके content quality improve करना
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesYouTube long-form scripts (5–15 min videos)
- Instagram Reels (30–60 sec scripts)
- Hooks, CTA, Titles, Descriptions लिखना
- Viral और trend-based content research करना
- Bharat Jain brand tone को follow करना (clear, practical, non-generic)
- CCTV industry + Business topics पर content बनाना
- ✅ RequirementsHindi / Hinglish में strong writing skills
- YouTube & Instagram content का understanding
- AI tools (ChatGPT आदि) का knowledge (Must)
- Creative thinking + unique ideas generate करने की ability
- Basic research skills (especially tech/business topics)
- Experience in script writing (preferred, not mandatory if skills strong)
- 🌟 Bonus Skills (Preferred)CCTV / Security Industry का knowledge
- YouTube SEO (Title, Tags, Thumbnail understanding)
