Job Description

Job Role: Chinese & Continental Chef

Responsibilities:

Prepare Chinese and Continental dishes as per menu and standard recipes

Maintain taste consistency, portion control, and presentation

Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards

Manage daily prep (mise en place) and stock usage

Work efficiently during peak hours and handle bulk orders

Coordinate with kitchen team and follow instructions from management

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years experience in Chinese and/or Continental cuisine

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Good knowledge of sauces, gravies, and basic cooking techniques

Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented

Willing to work evening shifts and weekends
