Shift: US Shift Rotational (2:00 PM - 12:00 AM & 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in Vadodara as Customer Support Analysts. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.

·        Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer issues.

·        Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams.

·        Maintain customer records and document interactions.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

·        Adhere to internal processes and SLAs.

Requirements:

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work in a team and handle pressure situations.

·        Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

·        Basic understanding of customer service tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Points to take care

1. This role is for both freshers & experienced people.
2. 1 month of training will be provided.
3. After the training, there will be 2 tests that require 60-70% marks to continue.
4. The product is RetailzPOS
5. Salary would range between Rs. 17,000 and Rs. 30,000, which varies from freshers & experienced people.
6. Office is on University Road, Surat.
