Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)


📍 Location: Surat

🕒 Experience: 0–2 Years


  • Job Role:Handle customer calls & emails for after-sales support
  • Resolve product issues, warranty queries & service requests
  • Create and manage service tickets
  • Assign and coordinate with field service team
  • Follow up for timely ticket closure
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights
  • Maintain CRM records and customer communication
