📍 Company: Gori Suits (Textile Industry)

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and well-spoken individual to handle our online customer inquiries and sales communication.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer messages and inquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
  • Provide product details, prices, and availability to customers.
  • Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Respond to customers in a polite and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Instagram, and online platforms.
  • Ability to handle customers professionally.
  • Experience in sales or customer support will be preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
