Customer Support Executive

1. Lead Management

• Follow up on assigned leads via calls
• Update CRM and master sheets regularly
• Monitor DT chats and take necessary actions
• Coordinate with ASM for remarks and status updates

2. Order Generation

• Reach out to vacant areas to generate orders
• Promote focus products and schemes
• Ensure timely sharing of TOD (Turnover Discount), if applicable

3. Dealer Coordination

• Handle dealer queries and concerns
• Conduct onboarding calls and communication
• Share engagement messages (e.g., greetings, birthday wishes)
• Escalate issues to the reporting manager when required

4. Outstanding Follow-Up

• Share outstanding reports with ASM
• Follow up with dealers on payment commitments
• Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliation

5. Weekly Product Focus

• Share Top 15 and Bottom 5 product performance updates with dealers
• Support product push strategies

6. Customer Support

• Handle customer calls and WhatsApp queries
• Coordinate replacement requests with warehouse team

7. Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain daily activity reports
• Update all assigned sheets and trackers
• Ensure DT verification and timely action

8. New Dealer Development

• Identify uncovered areas and potential dealers
• Support onboarding and territory expansion
