We are currently hiring Data Entry Executive to join our growing team. This role is essential in helping our clients IT professionals actively seeking full-time employment in the USA secure job opportunities by marketing their profiles, submitting applications, and facilitating interview processes. The ideal candidate must be highly proactive, goal-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure our clients land suitable roles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Profile Marketing & Job Application:
• Strategically market job seekers' profiles to prospective employers.
• Apply for relevant positions on their behalf to maximize interview opportunities.
• Interview & Assessment Coordination:
• Arrange Online Assessments (OA) and schedule interviews promptly.
• Keep candidates informed and prepared to avoid missing any assessment or interview.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Maintain regular communication with job seekers to ensure they remain actively engaged in the hiring process.
• Provide guidance and support throughout their job search journey.
• Tracking & Follow-Up:
• Monitor job application progress and follow up with clients until successful placement.
• Ensure seamless coordination between job seekers and hiring companies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Freshers Can apply.
• 1+ years of experience in Bench Sales/IT Staffing & Recruiting (preferred).
• Strong understanding of job portals, applicant tracking systems, and professional networking platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
