Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Enter and maintain accurate data related to fabric, yarn, designs, orders, inventory, and billing.
- Update daily production, purchase, and sales records in ERP/Excel systems.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts teams for data verification.
- Maintain buyer details, order status, and dispatch records.
- Generate basic reports as required by management.
- Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
- Support documentation related to textile processes (sample tracking, quality records, etc.).
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in data entry (textile industry preferred).
- Basic knowledge of textile terms (fabric, GSM, lot, dyeing, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
