  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter data from paper documents, phone calls, or digital source materials into computer databases and spreadsheets.
  • Verification & Error Checking: Review entered data for discrepancies, missing information, or typos, and correct errors promptly.
  • Customer Calls & Inquiries: Make or receive basic customer/vendor phone calls to verify information or update account details as required.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical files for quick retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Daily Reporting: Generate simple daily work summaries and report progress to administrative managers.
