Job Description

Filira Jewel LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Data Entry Operator to join our jewellery business team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating product details, handling inventory-related data, and supporting daily backend operations.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of diamond shapes and jewellery products along with good computer and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update product and inventory data accurately in software systems
• Maintain records of jewellery items, stock, invoices, and orders
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness
• Handle ecommerce product listings and backend updates
• Coordinate with sales and inventory teams for data management
• Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure timely updates of jewellery and diamond product information
