Job Description
Job Title: Data Entry Operator – Fabric Tracking & Excel Sheet Management
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to maintain fabric-related data and daily stock records for our women’s ethnic-wear business. The candidate must accurately update all fabric inward, outward, usage and balance details in Excel sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily fabric inward and outward records.
- Track fabric by supplier, design, colour, quantity and metre.
- Update fabric issued for production and remaining stock.
- Maintain purchase, usage, shortage, damage and return details.
- Prepare and update daily Excel sheets and stock reports.
- Check physical fabric stock against Excel records.
- Collect information from the purchase, warehouse and production teams.
- Correct missing or incorrect entries and keep records properly organised.
- Share daily or weekly fabric stock and usage reports.
