Delivery Boy

To ensure the timely, safe, and accurate delivery of Kellogg's food products to distributors, retailers, and customers while maintaining high standards of customer service and company compliance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver products to retailers, distributors, and assigned locations as per the daily delivery schedule.
• Verify invoices, delivery challans, and product quantities before dispatch.
• Load and unload products safely to prevent damage during transportation.
• Obtain customer signatures and delivery acknowledgements after each delivery.
• Collect payments, cheques, or return documents whenever required and submit them to the concerned department.
• Follow the assigned delivery route to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Handle product returns, damages, and shortages as per company policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
• Report any delivery issues, accidents, delays, or customer complaints immediately to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist the warehouse team in loading, unloading, sorting, and inventory activities whenever required.
• Required QualificationsMinimum Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
• Prior experience in FMCG delivery or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Valid Two-Wheeler or LMV Driving Licence (as applicable).
• Basic reading and writing skills in English, Hindi, or Gujarati.
• Skills & CompetenciesGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and punctuality.
• Knowledge of local routes and market areas.
• Ability to lift and handle FMCG products safely.
• Honest, disciplined, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
• Physical RequirementsPhysically fit to lift and carry cartons and other FMCG products.
• Comfortable working outdoors and travelling extensively.
• Working ConditionsSix-day working week (as per company policy).
• Travel across assigned delivery routes.
• Overtime may be required during peak business periods.
