Delivery Boy Biker

Job Purpose:

The RTS Biker is responsible for managing Return to Seller (RTS) shipments from the warehouse to seller locations, ensuring accurate scanning, sorting, dispatch, OTP-based delivery, and timely POD submission while maintaining operational and service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform RTS shipment scanning and sorting at the warehouse/center

• Arrange and dispatch shipments route-wise as per assigned delivery plan

• Operate HHD device for shipment scanning and status updates

• Deliver RTS shipments to seller offices/locations using OTP verification process

• Ensure accurate shipment handling and avoid loss or damage

• Maintain proper delivery records and update shipment status in real time through HHD

• Submit POD (Proof of Delivery) at the center after completion of daily deliveries

• Follow assigned routes, TAT, and operational SOPs

• Coordinate with TL/Center team for operational support and escalations

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and delivery productivity standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum education: 10th / 12th Pass

• Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License

• Own bike preferred / mandatory as per center requirement

• Smartphone and HHD device handling knowledge

• Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account mandatory

• Physically fit and comfortable with field operations

Skills Required:

• Basic scanning and device handling knowledge

• Route understanding and time management

• Attention to detail and shipment handling discipline

• Basic communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under operational timelines

Working Hours:

• Shift-based operations as per center requirement

• Weekly off as per roster
