Digital Marketing & ASO Executive

App Store Optimization (ASO)

• Optimize Google Play Store and Apple App Store listings.
• Perform keyword research to improve organic visibility.
• Write and optimize app titles, short descriptions, long descriptions, and metadata.
• Coordinate with designers for icons, screenshots, feature graphics, and promotional assets.
• Monitor keyword rankings, conversion rates, and competitor ASO strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing for store listings and creatives.

Digital Marketing

• Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (UAC/App Campaigns)
• TikTok Ads (preferred)
• Other mobile ad networks (optional)
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on KPIs.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximise ROI.
• Analyse CPI, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and install performance.
• Work closely with the game development team to improve campaign results.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track game performance using:
• Firebase Analytics
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Play Console
• Apple App Store Connect
• AdMob
• Monitor key gaming metrics including:
• Installs
• Organic vs Paid Users
• D1, D7 & D30 Retention
• ARPDAU
• LTV
• User Acquisition Cost (CAC/CPI)
• Conversion Rate
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports with actionable insights.

Creative Marketing

• Coordinate with the design team for:
• Ad creatives
• Video advertisements
• Social media creatives
• Store assets
• Suggest new marketing ideas based on market trends and competitor analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile gaming and digital marketing trends.

Social Media Management

• Manage company social media platforms.
• Schedule and publish engaging content.
• Increase brand awareness and community engagement.
• Monitor audience interaction and campaign performance.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO)
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Knowledge of Google Ads
• Understanding of Google Play Console and App Store Connect
• Familiarity with Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Strong understanding of mobile app marketing metrics
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or ASO.
• Experience in marketing mobile apps or games will be highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or ASO certifications will be an added advantage.
