Job Description
Community & Social Media Candidate
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Community & Social Media Executive to join our team in Surat.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp communities.
• Create and publish social media content
• Promote offers, campaigns and customer engagement activities
• Respond to customer queries and messages
• Coordinate with business partners and merchants
• Help grow online communities and increase engagement
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Familiarity with Canva is a plus
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn
• Responsible and self-motivated
