Job Description
- Key Responsibilities & DutiesLogistics & Delivery Management:
- Coordinate daily deliveries through Porter and various courier services.
- Ensure timely dispatch and safe delivery of shipments to clients/destinations.
- Production & Inventory Support:
- Handle tasks related to button cutting and maintain proper records for the same.
- Manage and track production/dispatch material entries smoothly.
- Documentation & Billing:
- Prepare and generate Delivery Challans and Invoices/Bills accurately.
- Coordination & Follow-ups:
- Maintain regular follow-ups with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth dispatch cycles.
- Handle day-to-day operational communication professionally.
- Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 1 to 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or accounts/billing.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (for maintaining tracking sheets, billing, and data entry).
- Hands-on experience in generating bills and delivery challans.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for coordination with couriers, drivers, and clients.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle pressure, coordinate multiple dispatches, and manage inventory/button-cutting entries efficiently.
